We are looking to hear from experienced Recruiters to work in our growing offices in Dublin 1. For this role you will ideally have a science, engineering or IT based background, however this is not essential and all backgrounds will be considered.
- Manage end to end recruitment life cycle for internal and external candidates
- Provide candidate screening support via telephone and face to face interviews
- Developing innovative and creative methods to source candidates through advertising, social media and online campaigns
- Advising and consulting with businesses
- Consistently monitoring market trends to best understand client requirements
- Attending an array of networking and client events
- Working closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role.
- Generating new client leads through cold calling
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland
- Good telephone manner and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computing skills and familiarity with social media, CRM and other sourcing tools
